The brand has always associated itself with keeping cool with Thand Rakh. Every bottle of Sprite not only cooled you down with its liquid contents but also contained audio jokes by the king of comedy in India – Kapil Sharma, ultimately cooling you down further. Users got an instant gratification the moment they scanned the bottles, they were asked to choose a language and then given jokes in that very language, all with just a few taps on their mobile phone. The jokes were hosted on WhatsApp to reach a larger population. We collaborated with top film stars from the north and south region to break this platform to the public. The jokes were vernacular so people from different regions of the country could connect and have a laugh in their own language. Along with Kapil Sharma, we also collaborated with popular regional comedians and included their jokes on the platform, giving them a launch pad of sorts. The content created was amplified on social media handles. |
