Description:	When a viral video of an unknown 'Swiggy delivery boy' riding a white horse in heavy Mumbai rains blew up on social, the internet demanded answers and the countdown began. How did Swiggy manage to beat the clock, budget and internet to capitalise on one of the greatest topical campaigns of the year? In an age where virality is now pre-planned and engineered, the food delivery app managed to lean in to the actual truth i.e. WE DON'T KNOW WHO THIS GUY IS, HELP US FIND HIM, to kickstart a worldwide (web) search for the mystery horseman. A search that garnered the brand over 250 million in organic reach, a 6900% boost in positive conversation and 30 lakhs worth of earned PR. All this for a budget of ZERO. But, the biggest win of the campaign? We actually found the horseman and horse. The latter's name was Shiva.
