Insight: Everyone likes a good fight. They love a dirty one. Idea: To turn their on-screen rivalry into a real one. Execution: We needed to create an integrated multi-media campaign that would stay true to the feud between the two AK's (Anil Kapoor & Anurag Kashyap). And most importantly, continue to entertain and engage audiences far beyond them realizing that this was ‘just a film promotion.’ A communication plan was drawn that relied heavily on potshots, insults, diss tracks and roasts. What ignited with an innocent tweet, was sparked further by 3 different trailer launches, series of editorial videos and the final blow was the fight on the street, the billboards. |
