Description: If you think of beer as a man’s drink, it’s not your fault!
After all, despite the growing number of women beer drinkers, the top beer brands in the country have never represented them in an authentic way. For over two decades, Kingfisher, the market leader, showcased women in their swimsuit calendar rather than as core consumers.

But times have changed and so has the brand, this year during Women’s Month Kingfisher launched Queenfisher, an all-new beer that’s all woman-made from farm to table. To launch Queenfisher, the Kingfisher Calendar was reimagined as the Queenfisher Galendar and this time done right. Featuring real women and real friendships from across India captured from a female gaze.

Each leaf of the Galendar came alive with films depicting stories of sisterhood upon scanning a QR code. These films were also released across Kingfisher's social channels.

Queenfisher beer and the phygital Galendar were launched with a spectacular on-ground Gala event that hosted celebrities and influencers from various walks of life.

Women were also given a chance to create their own Galendars to celebrate their own sisterhoods on the Queenfisher website, along with specialised merchandise to amplify the campaign thought and POSM communication.
